Internet poker has become world famous recently, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back quite a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years numerous types on the original poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers bet against the dealer rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is no conniving or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up before the dealer announcing "No more bets." At that moment, both you and the casino and of course all of the other gamblers acquire five cards. After you have looked at your hand and the bank’s initial card, you have to in turn make a call bet or accede. The call wager’s amount is equal to your original bet, meaning that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes instantly to the dealer. After the bet is the showdown. If the bank does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, including a figure on par with the ante. If the house has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The bank pony’s up chips even with your original bet and set expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for two pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
