Web poker has become world acclaimed lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit further than its television scores. The call wager’s amount is on same level to your original bet, indicating that the risks will have increased two fold. Surrendering means that your ante goes directly to the casino. After the wager comes the showdown. If the house doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, with a figure on par with the initial wager. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the bank’s hand. The casino pays out cash equal to your ante and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- two to one for 2 pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
